In this file, I explain, train, and help you practice a descriptive pain trigger. From spanking to electricity to flogging to scratches to more, this trigger is about teaching you to feel. Pain is hard to feel in hypnosis, but in this file I walk you through it such that even less experienced subjects will be able to. The trigger is simple–suffer or suffer for me, followed by a description of what I want you to feel.
This is a bit of a harder file. It made one of my subjects cry, and tell me it was a “punishment file.” Not for the faint of heart. There’s a reason there isn’t much pain and torture in hypnosis, the audience is pretty small–but if you’re part of that masochistic audience, you’re in for a great time 😊
